Her time at OPA has been deeply rewarding, and she cherishes the strong sense of family the school fosters. While her sons attended OPA Saddleback Valley, Erin actively served in the Honour Society—as Volunteer Coordinator, two years as President, and two years overseeing Spirit. She has continued her service at the OPA Middle School, where she held the role of Vice President for two years and currently serves as President. Outside of her volunteer work, Erin is a geography professor at three local community colleges. She finds joy in traveling with her family, sharing laughter with friends, cooking, gardening, spending time at the beach, and racing sailboats weekly.
